Day 29 and it was time to meet my personal trainer Mark ahead of day 30… Time to integrate a fitness regime. It was pretty tough and I am sore today but I’m glad it’s started.
Going to be lifting kettle bells, doing squats, dips and planks 3 days a week for the next four weeks before we catch up again. Ouch.
When I was heading off mark reminded me to ideally get some protein in over the following half hour so I opted for an omelette for dinner with a side of pineapple. Two eggs, some veggies and a few sun dried tomatoes.
